3. Counter-Notification Procedure

4. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

3. Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
4. Take reasonable steps to inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification

5. Our Response to Counter-Notifications

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:

1. Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
2. Inform the complainant that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days
3. Restore the material within 10-14 business days, unless our Copyright Agent receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
